Do you direct bill to extended insurance plans?
We currently do not accept payment directly from the insurance company. If your plan does not cover RCC, CCC, but covers Registered Psychologist or Social Workers, you can make a request to your employer and insurance company that they adjust your plan.
Are sessions covered by my benefits?
Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) and Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) are typically covered by many extended health benefit plans, however, this depends on your company’s specific plan. We recommend speaking to your human resources department or consult your benefit booklet.

How much counselling will I need?
Your counselling needs depends on your current overall health status and what you can afford. Typically, the average amount of sessions are between 10-14 sessions in total, although some individuals may need less and some may need more.
