"Healing isn’t about becoming selfish—it’s about becoming more honest with yourself and others. In therapy, we begin by exploring the origins of people-pleasing patterns. Often, these behaviours began as strategies to stay connected, avoid conflict, feel safe in chaos, or earn love and approval. Together, we uncover how those strategies show up in your current relationships. We also explore the cost of always prioritizing others—emotionally, physically, and mentally—and practice building assertiveness and setting boundaries. My approach blends multiple modalities within a humanistic and existential framework grounded in trust and understanding. I draw from depth psychology, emotion-focused therapy, Gestalt therapy, and somatic experiencing. As our relationship develops, the therapeutic alliance becomes a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can be honest, laugh, cry, and explore the full range of human emotions. Therapy offers the opportunity to establish boundaries, cultivate self-trust, and reconnect with your own desires and limits—without guilt. My ultimate aim is to help you reconnect with your truest, highest self and clear the way for meaningful growth."
