Areas of Focus:

Therapeutic Modalities:

"Therapy, to me, is a collaborative process, an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and make sense of the patterns that shape how we move through life. I believe growth rarely happens in a straight line, and healing unfolds best within a space of curiosity, compassion, and genuine connection. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore what’s beneath the surface, develop practical tools for change, and reconnect with your own sense of strength and self-trust. I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and IFS, tailoring each session to fit your unique needs and lived experience. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, managing anxiety, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I aim to offer a grounded, nonjudgmental presence where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward at your own pace."
