"Being human means experiencing the ups and downs of life, and everything in between. Inevitably, we will go through difficult times that can negatively impact our wellbeing. This can cause us to turn inward, afraid of burdening others with our struggles. However, we are hard-wired for connection, and therapy is a transformative tool to facilitate this connection and uncover a more compassionate understanding of Self. Whether you’re struggling with low self-esteem, navigating change, or feeling overwhelmed, I am here to listen, support and guide you. I offer a humanistic, strength-based counselling approach designed to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll take a holistic view of your life and your individual needs. You are the expert of your life; my role is to remind you of your capabilities and build your resources and coping strategies to create positive, lasting change. My background in meditation and mindful movement means I appreciate the interconnected nature of mental and physical health and the importance of building inner awareness to manage how we respond to the outside world. With a calm, warm, and non-judgemental presence, I aim to provide a safe container where you can peel back the layers of your Self, as we work together to facilitate your healing and growth."
