"As someone who’s also navigating this journey through life, I understand that we all encounter difficulties we didn’t see coming and can’t always control. Yet, I truly believe that each of us has an innate strength and resilience that has helped us get through tough times. My role is to support and encourage you as you explore your emotions, understand your life patterns, and begin to move towards a more intentional path of healing, confidence, and connection. I’m committed to an anti-oppressive approach in my practice, recognizing that life’s challenges come from many different sources. Together, we will approach these challenges with gentle curiosity and kindness, without judgment. Whether you’re coming to me as an individual, with your family, or with a partner, I focus on a holistic and collaborative approach, ensuring we explore and understand the unique complexities you’re facing."
