"There are seasons in life when things simply feel harder to navigate. Stress builds, relationships shift, or old patterns resurface, and it becomes difficult to make sense of everything on your own. Reaching out for support is a meaningful step toward finding steadiness again. In our work together, my focus is on creating a space where you feel genuinely met and understood. I bring a calm, grounded presence, and clients often share that they feel comfortable opening up with me. Therapy can be deep and meaningful, but it can also hold lightness and moments of ease… you might cry and laugh in the same session! As we explore what’s been weighing on you, I draw from a blend of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), somatic approaches, mindfulness, and grounding techniques to help ease stress and tension while building the skills and clarity you need to move forward. I’ll also highlight the strengths and resources you already carry… often more than you realize. Beyond my professional training, I’m a partner and a proud mom of two adult children. These roles have shaped how I understand relationships, identity, and the many transitions people navigate throughout their lives. They naturally inform the warm, steady presence I bring to my work with clients."
