"It is a true privilege to support and walk alongside my clients in their therapeutic journey. My goal is to help you gain deeper insight into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while fostering real, meaningful change beyond the therapy room. I believe therapy is a unique space where you can feel truly seen, known, and accepted without judgment, and my role as your therapist is to create that environment for you. Together, we’ll explore and highlight the strengths you already possess while working to break free from unhelpful emotional patterns that may have taken root over time. My approach is one of compassion, genuine connection, and respect for your lived experience. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Feminist perspectives, Family Systems, and EMDR to tailor the therapeutic process to your unique needs. My aim is for you to leave each session feeling empowered, validated, and equipped with the tools necessary to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity."
