“I believe healing begins when we feel deeply seen, heard, and accepted free from judgement. I strive to co-create a compassionate, non-judgmental space with my clients where they can reconnect with their inner wisdom, explore what matters most to them, and move toward a life that feels more empowered, meaningful, and aligned with who they truly are or who they seek to become. Many of the clients I work with are navigating uncertainty, reconnecting with self and forgotten strengths, reclaiming silenced or overlooked parts of self, learning to meet themselves with greater acceptance and inner compassion, and are seeking a deeper sense of clarity and purpose. I choose to believe that each person holds within them the insight, wisdom, and strength they need to thrive. The work of therapy is often about gently helping clients uncover their inner knowing, learn to trust it, and find ways to take aligned steps forward that honour their truth. I hold deep respect for the courage it takes to do this work, and I am honoured to walk alongside my clients as they engage in processes of healing, growth, and self-reclamation. Together, we may explore patterns rooted in the past, challenge internalized narratives, and nurture new ways of relating to yourself and others. I bring curiosity, care, and a collaborative spirit to our work, and I’m here to support you in stepping more fully into the life, relationships, and sense of self you’re striving to create.”
