Areas of Focus:

Therapeutic Modalities:

“I take pride in creating a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing what’s truly going on for them. With over 25 years of experience in mental health and addictions, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, life experiences, and professions. I understand that reaching out for support can be difficult, and I aim to meet each person with empathy, respect, and genuine curiosity. I recognize that no two individuals are the same, which is why I value tailoring the therapeutic approach to align with each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. My hope is that clients feel heard, understood, and supported—knowing they don’t have to navigate challenges on their own.”
