Areas of Focus:

Therapeutic Modalities:

"My practice is dedicated to creating a space where you can reconnect with your deepest self. Together, we will work to rebuild your sense of security and grounding from within. My role is to be a compassionate guide in that process—a steady, reliable presence when you feel stuck or overwhelmed. Let’s take the first step toward reconnecting you with your own strength. I specialize in serving as a cultural bridge for immigrant and bicultural communities, integrating evidence-based Western modalities with holistic Eastern perspectives. This approach allows us to explore intergenerational stress, identity, and emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief and loss. In Chinese philosophy, the wisdom of the empty cup reminds us that growth begins with openness. When we release judgment and the need to prove ourselves, the mind becomes clear and receptive. This emptiness is not a lack, but a presence—one that allows for deep listening and genuine understanding. Together, we can create the inner space where growth and openness can unfold."
