My passion is to support individuals and couples through healing and growth. I believe in taking a holistic, client centred, and individualized approach to therapy. In doing so, we honour the complexities of your unique journey. My approach includes many aspects of somatic therapy with a large focus on self-soothing techniques. This is to help calm any physical sensations that may arise from working through painful emotions.

With my multiple years in various mental health settings and working with those who have experienced immense life changes, I have gained valuable knowledge on how to manage and process the unique facets of those hardships. Let me support you on your journey to finding acceptance of your past and confidence as you move forward in life.

A Message from Steph

I am an experienced counsellor that is passionate about supporting my clients in their journey to live joyfully and courageously. In the midst of life's hardships, I am privileged to be a source of encouragement for those who need it. I work with anyone who has experienced disconnect within themselves or within the relationships around them. My goal is to elevate my clients strengths and implement change where needed to accomplish one's goals.

My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space for discovery and processing. I prioritize attending to my clients past trauma to find acceptance. I lead my clients in an exploration of their past, correct any internalized false narratives, and assist in the "re-learning' of effective thoughts processes to promote healing. I am a compassionate inquiry and strength elevating practitioner that approaches therapy through a holistic blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Gottman Method when working with couples.

A Message from Jacqueline

My approach is grounded in the belief that life’s difficulties are best approached with a gentle curiosity and talked about without fear or judgement. I do not ascribe to a one size fits all approach but rather tailor my sessions to the individual, family or couple that I am working with. I support clients in understanding, experiencing and tolerating emotions and shifting out of behaviours, thoughts and coping mechanisms that are no longer serving them.

I often see individuals who despite enormous struggles show great courage in seeking out a life of meaning and contentment. I work with individuals who struggle with feelings of isolation, depression, anxiety, grief and early trauma. I believe that each person has the capacity to tolerate difficult emotions and experiences. As we work through difficult emotions we reconnect with our inner resources and find relief, hope and healing.

When working with couples I begin to build effective communications skills, and teach tools for compromise, repairing conflict, and creating stress management strategies. I ensure each member is heard, understood and supported in the relationship.

I have experience dealing with Complex PTSD, narcissistic abuse, power-based abuse, generational trauma, toxic family systems, family estrangement and parent/adult-child estrangement.

A Message from Savannah

My goal as a relational therapist is to translate missed connections by listening carefully and empowering my clients through vulnerability and courage. I believe we are always in relation to ourselves, our bodies, to others, creating an opportunity to foster love and belonging which strengthens our meaning in life. With couples, we will work together to build connection with communication, skills and tools by creating an opportunity for the We in the relationship to heal and thrive.

In session, I incorporate body-centred and internal family systems (IFS) approaches, and Gottman Method with couples. The holistic model I use helps clients narrate different parts of themselves by offering acceptance and compassion towards those which are disconnected. Through mind, body, and soul healing I ensure a non-judgmental space to be fulfill your true authentic Self purpose and I am committed to helping couples and individuals rekindle these connections.
