Providing In-Person ICBC Counselling in Vancouver and Virtually Across BC
Have You Been in An Accident?
We offer counselling services for ICBC clients within the first 12 weeks from the date of their accident. As per the ICBC’s Enhanced Accident Benefits, a total number of twelve (12) counselling sessions are pre-authorized if completed within the first 12 weeks from the date of the accident.
If it has been longer than 12 weeks, services may still be approved. To find out if you are covered, all you need is your ICBC claim number. Our team can work with you to confirm your coverage and set up a treatment plan that fits your needs.
How does payment for services work?
At our clinic, we are a registered ICBC provider and participate in the auto injury program. We directly bill ICBC for your convenience.
