Savannah completed her Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Sexuality at Concordia University, and her Masters of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She uses holistic methods by incorporating Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, body-centred psychotherapy, and Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy working with couples. Savannah is committed to helping her clients lead their most purposeful life.
"My goal as a relational therapist is to translate missed connections by listening carefully and empowering my clients through vulnerability and courage. I believe we are always in relation to ourselves, our bodies, to others, creating an opportunity to foster love and belonging which strengthens our meaning in life. With couples, we will work together to build connections with communication, skills and tools by creating an opportunity for the We in the relationship to heal and thrive. In session, I incorporate body-centred and internal family systems (IFS) approaches, and Gottman Method with couples. The holistic model I use helps clients narrate different parts of themselves by offering acceptance and compassion towards those which are disconnected. Through mind, body, and soul healing I ensure a non-judgmental space to fulfill your true authentic self purpose and I am committed to helping couples and individuals rekindle these connections."
