With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle, Ricardo is an experienced therapist passionate about helping those in need. He has worked in various private and public mental health settings throughout Canada and Brazil, where he grew up. Ricardo’s approach to therapy utilizes Existential-Humanistic, Person-Centered and Trauma-Informed perspectives. Ricardo works with adults and adolescents on a wide range of concerns and enjoys supporting clients who are ready for growth and change.

My role is to encourage, elevate and educate my clients so they feel confident in managing any adversities that life brings. Coming from a multicultural background, I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents and adults that stem from various backgrounds and cultures. I am passionate about working with individuals who experience anxiety, self-esteem, depression, trauma, grief and multicultural issues. I am also very passionate about working with individuals experiencing life transitions or mental health crises. I welcome any individual who has the desire to start the process of healing."
